Steps to apply online
Candidates can use the processes listed below to complete the CMA Foundation application form 2022.
Step 1 – Visit the ICMAI official website at icmai.in – Once there, click on the “Students” button that is shown in the menu bar.
Step 2: Once on the ICMAI student’s website, fill out the application form. Next, click the “Admission” link in the menu bar. The admission page will be displayed after the redirect.
Step 3: After arriving at the admissions page, choose the “Online admission” option that is listed on the page’s left side.
Step 4: A page for the online application will be redirected to you. As seen in the above image, click the “Apply for Foundation Course” link. Applications are currently being accepted for the CMA Foundation exam in June 2022.
Step 5: Generate the OTP by providing the necessary data for CMA Foundation 2022 registration, such as the highest qualification, registration type, coaching kind, email ID, etc.
Step 6: Log in with your CMA Foundation login information and complete the application form for the CMA Foundation 2022.
Enter information about yourself, your parents, your gender, your address, your date of birth, your qualifications, etc. Check the details, then select “Save and Next.”

- A certified copy of the high school diploma
- A certified copy of your 10+2 diploma or marks statement
- 3 (three) photos the size of a passport (One pasted on application form, one pasted on identity card and one to be attached with application)
Any member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, the State Legislative Assembly, the Parliament, a Gazetted Officer, or a college principal may attest.

Eligibility For CMA Foundation Registration Dec 2022
- Candidates must have received a Class 10 diploma or an equivalent from a recognised Board or Institution to be eligible for admission.
- Passed Senior Secondary Examination under the 10+2 Scheme of a recognised Board or an Examination recognised by the Central Government as equivalent thereto; or has passed the Diploma in Rural Service Examination administered by the National Council of Higher Education; or the National Diploma in Commerce Examination administered by the All India Council for Technical Education; or any State Board of Technical Education under the authority of the said All India Council.
Current employees who are awaiting results may apply for interim admittance.
When to apply CMA Foundation Registration Dec 2022
Foundation: The ICAI course’s foundation course admission is available all year round.
However, students who wish to take the June term examination must apply by January 31 of that year, and students who wish to take the December term examination must apply by July 31 of that year.
Step 7 – Upload the necessary documents – In the next steps, you must upload the necessary documents in accordance with the guidelines provided by ICMAI.
Identity evidence, age verification, a mark sheet from class 10 and a mark sheet from class 12 are among the required documents.
Step 8: Finish the payment process After completing the previous steps, finish the registration process by finishing the payment.
You must pay the fees in accordance with the coaching format you chose (oral or mail). A confirmation receipt will be provided upon the successful payment of the CMA Foundation registration fee.
A copy of the receipt should be saved for your records.
Process after CMA Foundation Registration
ICMAI will issue the CMA Foundation exam form for the December 2022 session after the application deadline has passed.
Prior to sitting for the CMA Foundation exam in December, interested applicants must complete the exam form. The date for the CMA Foundation exam will be announced by ICMAI in due course.
Candidates who have registered can start preparing by accessing the CMA Foundation study materials and prior year test questions.
