Members Are Advised to Remit Annual Membership/Certificate of Practice Fees for the Year 2023-2024

As we enter the new financial year, it is important for all members to be aware of their obligations regarding the payment of Annual Membership/Certificate of Practice fees for the year 2023-2024. These fees became due for payment on 1st April 2023 and need to be paid on or before 30th September 2023. We urge all members to promptly remit the fees as a Tax Invoice, in terms of GST Liability, has already been generated. To assist you further, we provide the applicable amount of the Annual Membership/Certificate of Practice Fee, including GST, as follows:

ICAI is actively promoting the “I GO GREEN with ICAI” initiative, which offers a compelling scheme to its members. By choosing the e-journal option, members are eligible for a significant discount of Rs. 590/-, inclusive of Rs. 90 GST, on their total Membership Fees.

For overseas members who opt for the CA Journal, an additional charge of Rs. 2478/-, inclusive of GST, is applicable for Air Mail delivery (this charge is waived for those who choose the e-journal).

We kindly urge all our esteemed members to generously contribute to the Chartered Accountants Benevolent Fund (CABF).

To facilitate the payment process, it is necessary to make the fee payment online through the Self-Service Portal (SSP). You can access the SSP at the following link:

Here is the step-by-step procedure for making the payment of Annual Membership/COP Fees of a partner by the firm:

  1. The partner should log in to the SSP using their credentials and navigate to the payment section.
  2. Click on the “Pay Now/Give consent” option and select “Yes” to provide consent for the firm to pay the fees on their behalf (refer to the accompanying screenshot).
  3. Choose the firm from the available options and select the Journal Type.
  4. Review the payment details and confirm your agreement by selecting “I agree.”
  5. Finally, submit the payment request.

Following this, the Head Incharge (HI) of the firm will log in to their SSP account and perform the following steps:

  1. Click on “Firm Function” and select “ICAI Bulk Renewal Form for HI.”
  2. Access the “Bulk Renewal Form” and choose the Firm Registration Number (FRN).
  3. Check the box labeled “Make payment for Partners” and click on “Proceed.”
  4. The system will display the details of the partners who have provided their consent for payment.
  5. Proceed with the payment process and complete the transaction.
