CS executive entrance test is popularly known as CSEET. The ICSI(Institute of Company Secretaries of India) conducts the CS test. CSEET is conducted 4 times a year and mostly in the months of January, May, July, and November.
ICSI began the registration for the November session. The date has been released on the official website for the registration of and the last date to register for the Jan session is 15 Dec 2022.
Eligibility criteria for ICSI CSEET Jan 2023
- Candidates passed/ appearing in the senior secondary (10 + 2) examination,
- All graduates or postgraduates who were eligible for registration directly to the CS executive program are also required to clear CSEET to become eligible for registration of the executive program
- Candidates below the age of 17 years are also not eligible for appearing in the test.

How to Register for CSEET ICSI CSEET Jan 2023
Step1- Open the official website ICSI website icsi.edu and click on the services on any of the recommend browsers such as Mozilla Firefox 38.0, Internet Explorer 9, and above.

Step2- Then in the drop-down menu click on the option “register for CSEET”.

Step3- Check all the document boxes and click on the option “proceed to CSEET registration”.
Step4- Fill in the basic details

Step 5- Fill in the fee details and click on the Next button.

Step6- Upload all the copies of soft documents required.

Step7- Click on the confirm button.
Step8- Select the payment mode and pay registration fees for CSEET.

Step9- Transaction ID will be generated(note down for future reference )

Step10- After payment mode is done the CSEET registration has been completed and candidates will be notified of their registration number and email id.
Exemptions
There are some exemptions for appearing in CSEET
- Candidates who have passed CS Foundation Programme are exempted from CSEET without any payment of exemption fee.
- Candidates who have passed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) are exempted from CSEET.

Modes of Appearing in Exams
From the notice that is out it said that, the candidates are allowed to appear for the test through their own laptop/desktop from home/ such other convenient place. Candidates shall not be allowed to appear from smart phones /mobile/tablets etc.

A candidate applying for CSEET should also upload a certain set of mandatory documents while getting himself registered. The list has been finalized by the ICSI along with the specifications of size, type, version, etc.
